We are excited to offer a dynamic 1-Year Graduate Programme and 3-Month Internship Programme tailored to provide in-depth exposure to the world of investment research through immersive rotations across key research areas. Each rotation is customized based on your expertise and fit, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.

Who Should Apply

We invite applications from passionate graduates and CA finalists completing their bachelor's or master's degrees, or sitting CA finals in 2025. Candidates should exhibit high levels of integrity, intellectual curiosity, and a strong desire for continuous learning. From Day One, you'll engage in meaningful work, gaining hands-on experience in real-world investment scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Work On

Investment Research & Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth equity and fixed-income research on companies, industries, and markets.
  • Analyze financial statements, earnings reports, and economic indicators to derive investment insights.
  • Build sectoral and macroeconomic reports to inform portfolio management decisions.
  • Monitor market trends, news, and geopolitical developments to assess investment risks and opportunities.
  • Present research findings and recommendations to senior analysts and portfolio managers.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate potential investment ideas and strategies.

Financial Modelling

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for company valuation (DCF, LBO, M&A models).
  • Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis to evaluate potential investment outcomes.
  • Assist in the creation of financial forecasts, projections, and budgeting models.
  • Build revenue, cost, and profit margin models based on historical performance and future expectations.
  • Analyze capital structure and liquidity metrics to assess financial health and risk.
  • Automate and streamline financial models to improve efficiency in decision-making processes.

Strategy Consultancy

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify growth opportunities, cost reduction initiatives, and operational improvements.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and implementation plans for new business models or expansions.
  • Analyze organizational performance and advise on restructuring or optimization initiatives.
  • Provide insights on market entry strategies, mergers, acquisitions, and partnership opportunities.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for C-suite executives, highlighting key strategic recommendations.
Skills & Qualifications

What We Look For

Degree in Chartered Accountancy / Finance / Economics / Mathematics / Engineering / CFA.
Strong understanding of financial markets, preferably with prior experience in investments.
Strong attention to detail and excellent judgment.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with real-life uncertainties and the ability to manage tight timelines.
Experience with data visualization tools, financial modelling, and MS Excel.
Proficiency in Bloomberg and programming languages (Python, SQL) preferred.
Graduating in 2025, CA final in 2025, semi-qualified CA, or CFA candidate.
