Kartik Kabra
Kartik Kabra, CFA, is the Founder and CEO of Lean Research, a company that specializes in providing investment analysis and research support services to asset managers worldwide. He's got a solid background in investment research and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO). Kartik is known for his expertise in areas like fixed income, credit analysis, and equity research. Before starting Lean Research in 2021, he gained valuable experience working at top KPO firms, including Intellimation.ai and WNS Global Services. At LR, Kartik leads with a focus on transparency, meritocracy, and fostering professional growth, earning him respect in the investment research community.
Murli Atal
Murli Atal is a Chartered Accountant from India with over 9 years of experience in accounting, financial consulting, and business advisory. He is the Co-founder of M A K V & Associates, delivering accounting, financial advisory, and compliance services to businesses, startups, and international clients. He also serves as an Independent Director of the listed company Shankar Lal Rampal Dye Chem Limited. With a strong focus on remote financial management, Murli works extensively with clients in the United States and Australia, specializing in virtual CFO services, financial modeling, business valuation, and ERP implementation. His approach is all about building structured financial systems and improving reporting visibility.
Rishabh Gattani
Rishabh Gattani, CFA, is the Head of Operations at Lean Research. He oversees the overall strategy and day-to-day operations of the firm. Rishabh has worked in significant roles such as Manager — Institutional Equities at Kotak Securities, where he was involved in equity research and providing tradeable calls to clients. His hands-on experience in capital markets, both as a professional and during his self-employed stint in Rajasthan, shows his ability to use technical and fundamental analysis to make investment decisions.

Dr. Alexandre Ayoub
Dr. Alexandre Ayoub, previously Head of Emerging Markets Research at Waha Capital, is passionate about driving sustainable, profitable impact through his extensive knowledge of corporate finance and investment. With a PhD in Managerial Economics from the London School of Economics, Alexandre has developed expertise in lending to higher-risk corporates and leading investment strategies in Emerging Markets. His career spans significant roles at JPMorgan, VTB Capital, and Deutsche Bank, where he specialized in high yield credit research, structured lending, and special situations. Alexandre is dedicated to fostering growth and innovation through his strategic vision and financial expertise.
